How long Does Shipping take?

Shipping is done 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most items are already made and get shipped out on the next shipping day. If it is a pre-order it takes 2 weeks. Customs take 2-4 weeks depending on inventory.

How heavy are Crystal Crowns?

Most crowns are pretty lightweight. Personally, I have chronic headaches so I try to make the crowns where they will not put too much pressure on one’s head. Be aware the crowns with bigger crystals will be heavier. For those prone to headaches avoid wearing these too long. I tend to put in the description if they are heavier than other crowns.

Are Crystals and Bones Ethically sourced/real?

Crystals and bones are ethically sourced through various sources. I do purchase the bones through different taxidermy sites that list animals that died of natural causes. Commonly bones are from COYOTES. Skulls from RATS and MICE. Teeth from COYOTES, and SHARKS. Crystals and bones are real. If the crystals are an uncommon color it is typically dyed to get that color.

Where are you BAsed out of?

I am located in Southern California. I usually vend at events once a week, and I keep my site updated with places I will be. I commonly vend in OC, IE, and LA. I am planning on attending events in other states in the future, but I am waiting for a safe time to travel.

Most crowns are one-offs and are not remade unless requested. You can message me through the custom form with a screenshot and this can be remade. Or at SoupsCrystals@outlook.com . Remember all items are handmade so it will not be an exact duplicate.
